Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with YelloWell (Sell-U Latam LLC, 619 SW 20th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 2 business days. Holidays may add 1–2 extra business days.
Address Requirements
Customers must provide a complete address: main street, secondary street, number/reference, and ZIP code. Incomplete addresses will delay shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Deliveries are made during business hours. Up to 2 additional delivery attempts will be made if no one is available. After that, the package is held at the nearest carrier office.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship from our Latin American office via FedEx (2-Day Priority) or from Amazon warehouses via Amazon FBA. FBA shipments follow Amazon’s shipping policies.
Damaged or Tampered Packages

Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email after your order, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
