To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please call Customer Service at 1 (979) 730-4026 Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. – 6 P.M. EST, or send us an e-mail to info@shopyellowell.com

Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will arrange a pickup or issue you a return label to drop off the order for return. To make the return, you must be with the original packaging and with your legal document (invoice) to proceed with the exchange or return. Please do not return an order without contacting customer service first as returns should be sent to our warehouse, not our corporate office.
